What Skurra actually does

Each one stays on its own screen until the work is finished.

SCAN

A green ring, with the percent

Scan measures caches, leftovers and apps. The ring stays green, and the percent stays with it.

DUSTER

Clearing stays on the duster

Caches are cleared in place. When it finishes you still see the duster, the amount, and what went.

DISK

Nothing listed until you pick a folder

Disk space opens on Home, Downloads, Desktop and the rest. The chart and the files appear only after you choose one.

LOCATION

A small window, then the folder

The window names the file and the path. Show in Finder on a Mac, Show in File Explorer on Windows.

BIN

Trash and Recycle Bin

See what is in the bin, delete the ones you tick, or empty it. Papers leave the bin. You can still put things back until you do.

UPDATE

Update now, on both

A new version installs from inside Skurra and restarts. The same button is on Mac and Windows.

DISK SPACE

The ring and the legend mark folders. Files are one grey, so a download does not look like a random category.

OPEN LOCATION

A small window names the file and the folder. Finder or File Explorer then opens on that exact file.

FIRST OPEN

Skurra is not registered with Apple or Microsoft yet. After that first yes, later versions use Update now.

MAC

Download for Mac

Open Skurra.dmg and drag Skurra into Applications.
If macOS says it was blocked, open Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
